Bill Alexander—Founder and Chief Product Designer
Bill founded Alexander Arms based on his belief in the design of the
.50 Beowulf® cartridge. Bill has worked in the armament industry his
entire professional career. He spent time with the British Army
designing artillery armor and small weapons. He then went on to
several classified projects both for the British and the US Federal
Government. He started Alexander Arms in 2001. |
Donny Spittle—Production Manager
Donny joined Alexander Arms in 2002. He is responsible for all aspects
of production—from inventory control and procurement to assembly
and final testing and QA. He is a life long shooter and resident of VA.
Virtually every weapons system produced by Alexander Arms has passed
Donny’s stringent quality assurance process and gone under his watchful
eye. |

Melissa Spittle—Customer Service Manager
Melissa joined Alexander Arms in 2004. We are very lucky to have her very
capable organizational and managerial talents working at Alexander Arms.
She took what was a fledgling customer service organization and built it into
an industry leading powerhouse. She and her team have received accolades
from satisfied customers spanning the globe. |
Tracy Alexander—Office Manager
Tracy has been with Alexander Arms since the inception in 2001. She runs
the back office encompassing accounting, vendor relations and helps out in
shipping during the peak periods. While putting up with Bill Alexander outside
the office (they are indeed married) must be difficult, she does double duty by
keeping him in line in the shop.

John Burke
John has been involved with Alexander Industries since mid-2004. A lifelong shooter,
gun enthusiast and Alexander Arms customer, John jumped at the chance to help the
company during late 2004. While more of a technologist and venture capitalist, he finds
the idea of having a hand in actually producing a product very exciting. However, most
of the time he just tries to stay out of the way. |
James Reddish
James Reddish, a co-founder of VentureCross Partners and a lifelong shooter joined the
Board in 2005. He started his career in commercial banking and has spent the last 25
years helping to build companies across a broad range of industries and has served in
both finance and operating capacities. We are lucky to have him helping to craft the
long-term strategy and positioning of Alexander Arms.
