We go to great lengths to provide a high-quality product to our customers and to get it to you in perfect condition. If there is a problem with our product or if damage has occurred during shipping, please contact us as quickly as possible. Alexander Arms® ships all products via UPS or USPS.
Terms, Pricing, and Deliveries

We do not charge our customers until an order is packaged for shipment. We do not charge for items that remain on back-order and we will not charge additional shipping cost for items ordered via the Online Store when they are shipped. All displayed prices are MSRP unless you are a registered dealer and are logged in to our Online Store using your dealer account. All displayed prices are subject to change without notice. Item costs on an existing order will never be changed.
We make every effort to ensure that prices and information are correct on our web site. However, mistakes can occur and we make all reasonable efforts to alleviate these issues. We will contact you in the event that a mistake is identified. You should immediately contact us if you see any discrepancies related to the items you are ordering.
Our web site does not indicate "in stock" or "out of stock." In-stock products normally are able to be shipped within two weeks from the date that the order is received. Out-of-stock items remain back-ordered until they can be shipped. If you have questions regarding the delivery time frame for your order, please contact us.
Unused merchandise will be accepted for return with the following requirements. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition and free of any damage. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be repacked in such a way that it can be resold when received. Please remember to insure all shipments. Should you request a refund on the returned item, we will either issue a check or refund the original payment credit card within 14 days of the receipt of the accepted items. Credit card charges cannot be reversed after 30 days from the date of purchase; check refunds will be processed for credit card payments in this situation. Alexander Arms® reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Products are eligible for refunds for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Remember to remove all accessories and optics from firearms to prevent loss or damage. List any attached parts or accessories. If Alexander Arms® is reimbursing shipping costs, Next Day, Second Day or 3-Day Select is not reimbursed. We will reimburse ground shipping equivalent cost only and only at our discretion.
Customers may cancel an order at any time and for any reason without penalty before the order is processed for a full or partial shipment. If an order is cancelled while an item is in transit for shipment, the package can be recalled. However, Alexander Arms® reserves the right to retain any and all shipping charges associated with the shipment and recalled shipment. Cancellations can be requested via e-mail or telephone by supplying your name and the order number.
When it is necessary to return a product for repair, refund, or replacement to Alexander Arms®, please follow the instructions for and complete our repair/return form. All repair/return form submissions and return shipments must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization number. This can be obtained by calling our office at 540-639-8356. Items should be insured for the value. Any shipment received without a valid Return Materials Authorization number may be refused or returned to you without repairs or replacements being done. Note that Alexander Arms is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during the shipment of your items.
Based on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act, Alexander Arms® offers no expressed warranty on any of its products. However, in recognition of the obligations of implied warranty, Alexander Arms® will stand behind all of its products and will provide all reasonable support for the products it supplies. Any component that fails within the first year of service, subject to reasonable wear and tear, will be replaced free of charge for that part. This is limited and does not extend to careless handling, abuse, misuse, unauthorized adjustments or modifications, use of improper ammunition, excessive or unreasonable use, ordinary wear and tear, rust or corrosion, or barrel obstruction. Repairs are offered for the duration of the original purchase.
